We created 4 steps that enable our skilled and highly trained Relationship Consultants to learn what each client is looking for. As a team we are better able to understand the needs of each member and get each valued member off on the right foot towards a truly rewarding relationship.


STEP 1 - CONFIDENTIAL SURVEY

Most people learn about The Relationship Company through one of our confidential survey forms that are mailed out by the thousands on a weekly basis. The purpose of this survey is to create heightened awareness throughout the region that there is an effective alternative for selective singles to the trials of dating.

Once one of our Relationship Consultants receives the survey back the pre-screening process begins. This process will only take a few minutes on the phone to get some of the basic details out of the way (such as marital status and relationship goals). Once some basic information is exchanged an invitation to our office is extended, for a one-on-one casual (and confidential) interview.


STEP 2 - THE INTERVIEW

As a prospective member, you will be asked to fill out a brief general preliminary questionnaire. This questionnaire will assist your skilled representative in determining certain character traits. We then explain review the form with you, so that you will be better able to understand the selection process that our company takes into consideration prior to making each match.


STEP 3 - QUALIFICATION

Each potential member must first be qualified by our Membership Services Manager. We make every reasonable attempt to ensure that each member is single, free from criminal records and has a sincere desire to develop a relationship. Only once these three criteria are met are we able to offer membership.


STEP 4 - MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Meeting someone through our service almost certainly means meeting someone of a different quality than you have met in the past. This is due to the fact that you are taking advantage of our unrivaled approach to compatibility matching. However, our system can only be successful with your input. After each introduction we will send you a feedback response form that will ask a few brief questions regarding your date. Each feedback form is confidential so please feel free to communicate openly and honestly so that we may better be able to zero in on the type of person that would make a great partner for you.
